The Trussell Trust are members of Business Through Referrals, a referral breakfast group that Pro Motion Media also belong to. This is one reason why we chose the Trust as the charity we’ll give time to support, the other reason is the great work the Trust does in Salisbury to help those who have challenging circumstances.
Last night, with the assistance of Mark Ward from the trust and Theresa Wood from the Strawberry Fox, we arranged for a group of the BTR members to sort Christmas Boxes destined for Bulgaria. Also helping was Charlotte Mitchell of Floral Whispers, Emma MacDonald of ABC Networking, Kerry Dowding of Towergate Risk Solutions, Andrew Featherstone of Featherstone Estates and Pat Clash from Utility Warehouse.
The Christmas boxes are donated by people in the Salisbury area, I was moved by the thoughtfulness of peoples’ giving and by the difference in what will be gratefully received by people in Bulgaria and our standard of living.

Thank you ProMotion Media and all at BTR! We have received so many Christmas Shoeboxes which means a lot of sorting needs to be done — so your time is very valuable to us. All at Team Trussell really appreciate your help, as will all those in Bulgaria whose Christmases are transformed by a Christmas Box this year!
